Telephone call
We offer a free 15 minute telephone consultation. This is to gain a brief overview of the difficulties you are experiencing, before deciding if we are able to offer any help and to see if you wish to arrange your first initial session.

You can make contact with us through using the numbers provided, through email or through our message box.  All these details can be found on our contacts page.

Should you require urgent or immediate support please contact your GP in the first instance, as we do not offer emergency or urgent appointments.

I currently offer appointments on a Wednesday and Thursday.
Clinics are available at the:
- Brightstone Clinic in Sandbach
- IQ Therapies Clinic in Alsager
Other locations will be considered subject to room availability.

We offer a confidential service with all our services being bound by our professional codes of conduct. This applies to all communication via telephone, email and during therapy appointments. We will always maintain the confidentiality of our clients and what is discussed and shared in therapy is confidential.

However, in certain circumstances where it is believed that there is a significant risk (e.g. suicide, child protection, harm to others) we may have to contact other professionals (e.g. you GP, Police, Social Services). We will always inform you if we need to contact other services and we will endeavour to work with you and to gain your consent to do this. In certain circumstances we will need to contact other professionals with or without your consent for the safety of yourself and others.

Any sessions cancelled or rearranged with more than 48 hours’ notice can be rebooked with no extra cost for the session.  However any cancellations or changes to the appointment day/time with less than one week’s notice will incur a charge to cover the cost of room bookings already made.
